By submitting content, you grant DJNashi Music a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, where necessary to operate and promote the Platform, to host, store, reproduce, display, stream, distribute, and promote the submitted content through DJNashi Music and its associated promotional channels.

You retain ownership of your content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Copyright Complaints

DJNashi Music respects the intellectual-property rights of artists, copyright owners, and other rights holders.

If you believe that music or other content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may contact DJNashi Music with details of the alleged infringement.

Downloaded or streamed music is provided for the permitted personal use specified by DJNashi Music or the applicable rights holder.
